1.准备好食材;

6.将红酒蔓越莓馅按照25g一个一一揉成圆球备用;

7.蒸好的面团取出搅拌均匀,放凉后揉成团;

9.将白色面团一一揉成25g一个的圆球;

10.压扁,放入红酒蔓越莓馅;

11.像包汤圆那样一手按住内馅一手借助虎口边旋转边收紧收口;

12.取少许红色面团压入月饼模具的花片纹路中;

13.再放入包好馅的白色面团(为了防粘事先在熟糯米粉里翻滚一下),倒过来放在垫子上,轻轻一压再脱模即可;

14.成品放入冰箱冷藏一会儿口感更佳,冰凉Q弹爽口,美味;

小窍门&温馨提示
1.事先准备一些炒熟的糯米粉,压模之前可以先把面团球在熟糯米粉里滚一圈,这样防粘;
2.配方里白砂糖的用量根据自己的喜好增减,我这个甜度正好;
3.蒸面糊的时候要包上保鲜膜,以免水蒸气进入;
4.水量根据面粉吸水性增减。
