1.在A4纸上画出图案,在烤盘上刷水铺上图案纸

2.再铺上硅胶垫或油纸;(如油纸的话,在油纸表面薄薄擦一点玉米油)

3.鸡蛋分开蛋黄和蛋清;在蛋黄中加入玉米油拌匀

4.再加入牛奶或水拌匀

6.蛋清中加入细砂糖打发至提起打蛋器是长弯钩状即可

7.将1/3蛋白糊加入蛋黄糊中,翻拌均匀

8.再倒入蛋白糊中,翻拌均匀

9.用裱花袋盛出一些面糊,在硅胶垫或油纸上挤出眼睛和肚子。送入预热190度的箱烤内,烤制2分钟定型

10.在剩余的面糊中放入竹炭粉拌匀

11.把灰色面糊倒在烤盘里

12.抹平后放入烤箱,将烤箱上管调制190度,下管调制180度,时间12分钟进行烘烤

13.烘烤完毕立即将蛋糕片平拉至晾网上晾凉

14.然后翻面撕去硅胶垫。用少量竹炭粉加开水搅成糊状。用笔刷画出图案细节

15.将奥利奥饼干用擀面杖擀碎

16.淡奶油加糖打发至浓稠状,拌入奥利奥饼干碎

17.另取一张烘焙纸,盖住蛋糕片,将蛋糕片翻转过来

18.将内馅均匀抹平,两头留出少许空隙

19.用擀面杖卷住烘焙纸往内卷,顺势向上推起蛋糕片,将蛋糕片卷起来;(具体操作可上网搜视频观看)

20.蛋糕片卷起后放入冰箱冷藏至少30分钟;

21.打开烘焙纸,修齐蛋糕两端,依图案切段即可
