中全部材料放进面包桶内,运行2个IMIX程序

2.程序结束后取出面团揉圆

3.分割出一份270克的面团,加3克竹炭粉揉匀,随后揉圆,和白色面团一齐进行发酵

4.一小时后,面团发酵到2倍大左右

5.黑色面团分割出6个40克的小面团,揉圆放置在中空模具内,如图

6.黑色面团再分割出6个5克小面团,揉圆做耳朵,放置在大面团的间隙中,如图

7.白色面团分隔出12份5克的小面团,揉圆做小手,放置在黑色大面团的底部,如图

8.剩余的白色面团分割成6份,分别揉圆擀薄擀圆,准备做米奇和米妮的脸部

18.出炉后,彻底凉透,用竹炭粉加一点点水准备画眼睛和嘴巴

19.用小画笔蘸竹炭粉水花眼睛,鼻子和嘴巴

小窍门&温馨提示
1.中空模具底部要垫油纸,因为小手会伸出模具外的
2.整个中空模具放置再烤
3.建议一开始烤就盖锡纸,我烤了15分钟再加锡纸,都已经上色严重了
