1.准备的食材。

2.虾仁加入酱油、蚝油、适量食盐腌制一会。

3.打入一个鸡蛋。

4.撒上面粉。

5.虾仁外裹一层面包糠。

6.裹好面包糠后的虾仁,需放置一会。

7.热油慢炸。

8.炸至外层金黄色即可(三分钟左右)。

小窍门&温馨提示
正常做法是先裹面粉,再过鸡蛋液,再裹一层面包糠,但虾仁外层光滑沾不上面粉,所以先加鸡蛋液。
