1.将棕树叶,按照纹理撕开成单片。将单片叶子中的“骨头”撕掉,叶子就变成了对称的两条叶子。

2.将两根叶子背面朝上对折成步骤3,步骤4的形状。

3.步骤3、4的目的是为了成为步骤5,注意步骤5折出了两个角。

4.顺从步骤5,不要翻转,挑压成步骤7。

12.准备好糯米(提前浸泡一夜为佳),粽子壳,自制的火腿、叉烧肉、香肠待用。

13.编好后要浸泡在水中防止棕叶变蔫、变皱

14.放入不同的肉馅成为不同味道的粽子

15.将糯米放入粽子壳内,先放棕子壳容量的三分之一,随后装入火腿、叉烧肉或者香肠,最后再将粽壳装满糯米,就可以封口。

16.粽子壳封口,如图,原则是美观、把口封紧,将多余的叶子尽量编压起来。

17.将多余的叶子修剪整齐,完工。

18.将粽子放进冷水中煮50分钟,出锅。漂亮的粽子融合了棕叶的清新、糯米的醇香、火腿的诱惑,无需更多调料,色、香、味儿变得让人爱不释手。
