1.食材备齐,生蚝用刷子刷洗干净外壳,将蚝肉清洗干净,鱿鱼去皮,花蚬子提前吐净泥沙

2.将大虾剪去虾枪、虾须、虾爪,用流水冲洗干净,沥水将大虾洗净后开背挑去虾线,放在烤盘内待用

3.将鱿鱼刨开,在内侧切十字花刀

4.在切成块,将韩式辣酱,蚝油,盐,1汤匙油,1克胡椒粉,料酒调匀成酱汁

5.将鱿鱼放在酱汁中拌匀,腌制10分钟

11.将生蚝放在烤盘内,均匀的涂上蒜蓉

13.烤箱预热,上下管200度,将生蚝,花蚬子入下层,大虾和鱿鱼入上层定时5分钟

14.到时间后将鱿鱼和花蚬子取出,将椒盐均匀的洒在花蚬子上,将大虾和生蚝继续烤5分钟即可取出装盘
