1.生姜去皮切丝,葱花切断。

2.桂鱼去除内脏洗干净,将鱼全身抹一层盐,撒一些生姜。

3.油锅烧至六成熟倒入玉米油放入桂鱼煎至偏黄。

4.换一面在煎至偏黄,加入料酒。
