1.姜蒜末备好,豆腐改刀切厚片,陈醋加白糖加酱油勾兑成糖醋汁。

2.锅里放少许油,小火放入豆腐,煎。

13.把刚才兑好的糖醋汁里加入水淀粉(少许淀粉加清水搅拌均匀)和鸡精,然后倒入锅里。

14.中火让糖醋汁完全包裹融入食材,然后关火。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、豆瓣酱和酱油都有咸味了,所以全程没有格外加盐,如果你口重,你可以加少许。
2、这道菜是糖醋加微辣口儿的,是家常做法,你可以根据自己家人喜好稍微调整佐料的,或偏甜偏酱香都可。
3、鱼香味儿在我家是“姜葱醋蒜糖”都不能少的,你可以根据自己口味调节。
