1.准备所需食材

2.依次把水、面粉倒入面包机内,盐、白糖分别放置边角,用手在面粉中挖个洞倒入酵母,按和面程序

3.面团搅拌无干粉状

4.加入软化的黄油继续揉面程序

5.至黄油全部和面团混合,放置室温发酵至2倍大

6.发酵好的面团撕开似蜂窝状,用手指戳洞不回收

7.取出放在硅胶垫上排出空气

8.用擀面杖继续排气

9.排气好的面团擀成比模具大的圆饼(我用的是9寸披萨盘)

10.将面片移至披萨盘里,去除多出的面片整形

11.用叉子叉些小洞洞(妈妈的小帮手在帮我戳洞??)

12.烤箱上下火180度预热5分钟

13.戳好的饼胚,放入预热好的烤箱内,烤至10分钟定型

14.定型饼胚的过程中,把豌豆过水煮熟

15.脆皮肠切十字花刀,红椒切丝,青椒切圈备用

16.均匀摸上披萨酱

17.撒上一层奶酪

18.铺一层肉松

19.依次把青椒,红椒,鱿鱼丝,脆皮肠,豌豆通通放到饼胚里。放入180度烤箱里烤至10至15分钟

20.最后铺上一层奶酪,(喜欢拉丝的可以多多放)??进烤箱烤至奶酪融化就可以了
