1.黄油融化备用

2.牛奶、奶油加入白糖、香草精,中火煮开。不时搅动一下。

10.薄皮切成烤盘大小

11.铺一层在烤盘上,继续刷一层薄薄的黄油。再铺皮和刷油,共铺15层。

12.第15层不刷油,而是将晾凉的奶油浆倒入烤盘,铺平。

13.继续铺薄皮和刷油,也是15层

14.最后一层要多刷油,甚至可以将所剩的黄油全部倒在皮上,但要刷匀,确保所有的地方都与下层粘合在一起。

16.放入预热好的烤箱中层,180度烤20-25分钟即可
小窍门&温馨提示
薄皮很薄,破了也没关系,碎片也可拼接起来使用。还没用的皮要用毛巾包好,不然很快变干。搅拌好的淀粉浓浆,可以过一遍筛再倒入奶汁中,会更细腻。分块装盘时,还可以撒上些干果碎。用多少张薄皮完全看烤盘的大小。我的烤盘小,一张皮切开,铺了两层,切下的边角又拼了一层。
