6.倒入酸奶

7.用微波炉中火加热30秒左右,约40度,搅拌至吉利丁片融入酸奶

8.将酸奶缓慢的倒入奶油中,边倒边搅拌

9.做好的慕斯液。用刮刀充分翻拌均匀

10.准备两个4寸心形模具

11.小心的倒入慕斯液,轻轻震出气泡。放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上,最好过夜

12.冻好的慕斯取出,翻扣盘中。用吹风机吹一圈脱模

小窍门&温馨提示
淡奶油可以隔冰水,更易打发。
吉利丁片可以用鱼胶粉代替,一片吉利丁片5克。
酸奶加热也可以隔热水加热,只要将吉利丁片完全融入酸奶和即可。
