1.准备鲜虾及蔬菜

2.剥去虾壳,留头部及尾部一节壳,去虾线。腹部切3、4刀,不要切断,拉直虾的身体。

3.蔬菜切好,芹菜只要叶片。

4.鸡蛋与低筋粉,加适量水拌匀,做成面糊。另外准备一些干低筋粉。

5.虾先裹面糊。

6.再裹干粉。

7.油温180度左右下锅,关小火。

8.外层面粉上色,虾身体变硬后捞起,鲜虾油炸完毕。

9.蔬菜同样方法,先裹面糊再裹干粉,炸好。

10.摆盘,白萝卜切丝,加入酱油、姜汁,做成蘸料,炸好的鲜虾天妇罗蘸着吃。
