1.新鲜芥兰清洗过后待切片

2.芥兰斜刀切片(不易太碎,片大易夹菜),厚度约6-8毫米

3.蒜瓣去根压扁切碎、姜切丝、指天椒切丝、大葱切丝待用

4.热油温8成冒烟

6.加入芥兰快速翻炒2下加入调料:盐、鸡精、生抽,炒至7成熟出锅。
