12.开大火炒一会儿

16.倒入一点老抽

21.两面都微微煮一会儿,然后加入水到这个鱼的一半,把酱料倒进去

23.然后把剩下的姜蒜辣椒倒进去。

小窍门&温馨提示
酱油生抽老抽和蒸鱼豉油少放就行,不用放半勺,不然会咸,因为个人喜欢吃辣,所以辣椒放的比较多,你们少放就行,图片是边做边拍的,边编辑,所以会有一些不那么好看。
