13.放入加有热水的烤盘,放进预热160度的烤箱,中层,烤约2小时

14.表面金黄,出炉

15.晾凉后,放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上

小窍门&温馨提示
奶油奶酪放至室温软化后会比较容易打至顺滑,也可以隔热水加热搅打
烤盘里的热水,高度以没过蛋糕糊高度的1/2为宜
在模具四周垫一层烘焙纸会比较好脱模
