1.材料都预备齐全了。

2.青瓜,红罗卜切成条状。

6.鸡蛋放碗中打散。

7.把青瓜,红萝卜控干水份备用。

8.混合白米饭和糯米饭,加入调拌好的糖醋(寿司醋+幼糖)拌均匀。

9.寿司席上铺上一张朔料纸,中间铺上适量的糯米饭摊平。

10.先把一条小香肠放在糯米饭的中间。

14.用寿司席连朔料纸把它卷起压紧,卷到到一半。

15.把2边的朔料纸往内折,压紧卷完即可。

16.摊开朔料纸,我滴饭团就弄好了。

17.把饭团先裹上一层鸡蛋液。

18.再滚上一层面包糠(自己做滴),稍微略把面包糠压进饭团里。

19.放进6,7分热度的油里用小火炸至外层金黄色即可。

20.炸好滴饭团用吸油纸干表面滴油份装盘。

21.切开看看里面滴馅料。

小窍门&温馨提示
1)白米饭中加入糯米饭是让饭团比较容易定形粘住而不会散开。
2)米饭中所放滴糖醋是依各人口味调整。
3) 铺米饭之前把朔料纸喷上一丁点水份以防止米饭粘在朔料纸上。
