1.备好食材:玉米面、面粉、红枣、糖

2.红枣洗净后去核切小粒

3.将玉米面、面粉、酵母、糖和红枣粒(不要全部放入,留出一点)倒入大点的容器内

4.倒入温水调拌成面糊(不要太稀)

5.取一个耐高温容器,并在碗内抹少许植物油(以便脱模),再将调拌好的面糊倒入其中

6.盖上盖子或保鲜膜,放置到温暖处进行发酵

7.发至2倍大时,把剩余的红枣粒均匀摆放到面糊表面

8.放入蒸锅,盖上锅盖,大火烧开转中火蒸25到30分钟,蒸好后焖5分钟再揭盖

9.取出倒扣

小窍门&温馨提示
1、面糊最好别调得太稀,否则会比较粘口
2、红枣也可以换成葡萄干
