1.黑米少许,放入料理机。

2.把黑米和大米分别研磨成粉过筛两遍。

3.加入酵母,混合均匀,然后慢慢加入清水。

5.盖上盖子,25℃左右发酵15个小时。

6.发酵好的米糊是冒小泡状的,这时候加入白糖,搅拌均匀。

7.混合至白糖完全融化。

8.倒入模具八分满。

10.盖盖子大火烧开转小火蒸半个小时。
