小窍门&温馨提示
法式乡村面包不能揉和过度,成能拉出破洞的薄膜即可。
烤盘需事先与烤箱一起预热,再将面团移入烤盘,送入烤箱。
剩余的酵种可以整形后发酵1小时,放入烤箱烘烤成面包
