1.材料:海虾500克,蒜头,姜,香菜,沙茶酱 油适量

2.海虾剪去头尖部位和脚须,大海虾切成三段。

3.姜切丝,蒜拍碎,香菜洗净切段

4.热油锅放姜丝,蒜炒香,再放入一勺子沙茶酱爆香

5.倒入虾碌翻炒

6.不断翻炒,然后盖上锅盖焖10秒左右 让虾够熟,揭开锅盖再炒片刻(这样炒过更香) 因为这次的海虾比较大,所以盖上锅盖焖煮下会容易熟

7.撒上香菜
