1、洗净的荠菜先焯烫再搅碎口感更佳
2、分二锅分别下菜煮馄饨,可保持汤汁清爽顺滑
3、现包的饺子、馄饨更适合盖盖煮皮,开锅煮馅;反之速冻饺子则盖盖煮馅,开锅煮皮
