14.蛋白霜与蛋黄糊分3次切拌均匀

17.放入预热好180度的烤箱,中层,20分钟,出炉后倒出来揭开底部油纸,冷却

18.冷却后。翻转过来,抹上果酱

小窍门&温馨提示
1.检查蛋糕有没有熟,可以用手轻拍蛋糕体表面,有弹性,不粘手,表面的凹痕能快速回弹或插入牙签无粘面糊,如果按下去表面有开裂,卷的时候必定会开裂
2.烤箱温度仅供参考~
