1.准备所需食材,南瓜尖洗净备用

2.大蒜切片

3.锅里加入猪油(南瓜尖上面有很多细毛,用猪油炒比较好)

4.猪油融化后加热至冒烟,倒入大蒜,干辣椒节,炒出香气

5.倒入南瓜尖,大火快炒(这里需要4分钟)
