1.转化糖浆倒入盆中,加入枧水,拌匀;

2.加入花生油,拌匀;

3.筛入月饼粉,轻轻揉成团;

6.将所有材料混合均匀,备用;

7.细砂糖、糖粉、纯净水、高度白酒、玉米油,一起倒入大盆中,搅拌至糖完全融化。

8.将所有材料倒入盆中,加入五香粉,用筷子彻底搅拌均匀;

12.将五仁叉烧馅分称成87g一份,揉成小圆球,备用;

13.静置好的饼皮分成38g一个的小剂子,揉圆,按扁,中间放上一粒五仁叉烧馅;

14.手上拍手粉,取一饼皮面团,用手掌轻轻按扁,中间放上一粒五仁叉烧馅料;

15.用掌心将饼皮慢慢的往上推,直至快将馅料包裹住时,再用虎口握住,轻推饼皮,收口;

16.包好的面胚表面撒上少许面粉防粘,放入同样撒了粉的月饼模具中;

17.在垫了油布的烤盘上压出形状;
