1.大白菜半颗

2.芹菜,一小把,洗净摘干净,用刀拍几下。

3.先把白菜切丝,然后撒些盐。去处水分。然后再躲碎!

5.家里没姜了…只能放葱花啦!

6.芹菜焯水放入白菜里,再加点凉水,备用。

7.热锅热油,少量油。

8.放入肉馅,葱花,十三香,盐,鸡精,酱油,我最后又滴了几滴虾油。不爱吃可以不放哈!

9.这时候就用到口罩布了,把白菜和芹菜捞出来放到口罩不上,然后用力挤,挤出多余水分。这样做好的饺子就没有太多白菜水味!挤完的放进肉馅里。

10.搅拌均匀(其实肉不少,没照好哈!)

11.和面!用温水,先肉搅成面絮再揉成面团。

12.先搓成长条,再揪成饺剂子。
