5.调料:COOK100蒜香烧烤酱。

6.把烧烤酱拌进鸡翅里。

7.腌制半个小时以入味。

8.五花肉冷冻切片。可不用提前放料腌,因为薄,容易入味。脆皮肠在一头切十字,香菇清洗干净并在正面划十字。

9.开始煎烤,先将五花肉片放入锅内,中火把油逼出来,再把鸡翅,脆皮肠,香菇铺进锅里。

10.刷上烧烤酱,中小火煎烤,注意随时翻面。大约20分钟就煎熟了。
