1.玉米油倒入锅中,加热至出现纹路。

2.加入低筋面粉。

6.用一个稍微大一点的无油无水的容器,放入五个蛋白倒入砂糖和白醋。

7.先低速搅拌均匀。

8. 然后高速搅打至有明显纹路。

9.因为打发蛋白霜的锅比较大,所以我把蛋黄糊倒入蛋白霜的锅里,也可以把蛋白霜倒入蛋黄糊的锅里,这个没有定论。

10.运用切拌的方法搅拌至细腻有光泽。

11.倒入事先铺好油纸的11寸方盘或九寸深盘。

12.用水浴法150度烤一个小时。

13.烤好后提着油纸拉出。

14.切块即可。
