1.红衫鱼去内臟及去鳞清洗干净

2.用厨房纸吸去多余水份,再把鱼拍上一层生粉

3.热锅下油,放鱼下锅中小火煎至金黄

4.翻另一面煎至金黄熟透,盛出碟备用
