1.准备食材:燕麦片(即食) 350g、奇亚籽 30g、核桃仁 100g、杏仁片 50g、无花果干 50g、核桃油 15g、枫树糖浆 15g、葡萄干 50g、蔓越莓干50g。

2.倒入350g即食燕麦片。

10.搅拌均匀,充分混合。

11.倒入之前混合的食材。

12.混合均匀。

13.混合好后倒入烤盘中,抹平,放入烤箱170°C烤30分钟,中途取出翻拌一次。

14.料理盆中倒入50g葡萄干。

15.倒入50g蔓越莓干搅拌一下。

16.倒入烤好的麦片,混合均匀即可。

17.装起来,干着吃特别好吃,也可以泡牛奶或是酸奶。
小窍门&温馨提示
1.这款格兰诺麦片用枫树糖浆替代了砂糖,大家也可以用砂糖。
2.烤制麦片用的油量和糖都是减半的,这个是为了健康,而且无花果、蔓越莓干和葡萄干都有甜味,搭配起来甜度正好。
