10.四边六角往中拉整形一下,在整形过程中动作慢一点。我们不做排气处理记得,做好之后就能放入发酵篮进行二发了

11.二发完成后扣出在表面划割出自己喜欢的花纹

12.烤箱提前预热205度,上下火中层放置石板烤制30分钟。前十分钟在烤盘里放置热水制造蒸汽,十分钟后撤出烤盘热水。(时间与温度请根据自己烤箱特性做出适当的调整)
