1.准备材料,我用的是泰国产的木薯粉,做出来比较Q

2.将红薯、紫薯切片放蒸锅里蒸

3.至轻松叉入筷子

4.将红薯去皮,放在大碗中压成泥状,

5.慢慢加入的木薯粉

6.到能把它捏成团的程度

7.同样将紫薯也压成泥,慢慢加入木薯粉,到能把它捏成团的程度,(发现这次的紫薯比较干,可适量加点水)

8.揉好的紫薯团和红薯团

9.取适量的面团搓成两根长条

10.并在一起旋转一下搓成一条

13.将芋圆下汤圆一样煮至浮起捞出

14.加入西米牛奶甜汤里即可

小窍门&温馨提示
1、一般做芋圆用木薯粉效果最好,很Q很好吃,如果真没有,只好用红薯粉之类替代,但口感要打点折扣
2、蒸好的红薯一般水份较多,而紫薯比较干涩,所以在加粉的时候适量加点水增加粘性
3、当然,做芋圆有很多材料可以做,你可换成芋头、豌豆、南瓜、山药等等都行。
4、面团多揉揉捏捏,做出来的芋圆会更Q。
5、吃不完的芋圆可以撒些粉防粘,放入保鲜袋冰箱速冻保存。
6、如果喜欢吃甜一点的芋圆就在加粉的时候加点糖粉!
