1.意面和清水放入锅内,鸡蛋洗干净后也放入锅内,大火煮开后加入盐和1勺油,防止粘连,大约煮沸8分钟,捞出意面备用。

3.挑选熟透的牛油果,从中间破开,扭一下就能分开,去掉表皮。
