14.锅开后激少许凉水,煮开后再激凉水,重复3次。

小窍门&温馨提示
1、做肉馅,猪肉选前腿肉、带三分肥七分瘦口味更好。
2、东北酸菜为腌制品,吃前冲洗一下不仅味道更好,吃的也更放心。
3、煮新鲜水饺时、宜滚水下锅,开锅后还需根据情况激2~3次凉水,更熟透好吃。
