1.所有材料都拿齐了。

2.鸡蛋打成蛋液备用。

3.奶油中加入筛过的糖粉。

4.拌打至鬆发变白。

5.分2,3次加入蛋液拌打均匀。

6.加进奶油芝士继续拌打。

7.拌打至材料全部融合在一起。

8.先倒下一份面粉拌打均匀。(面粉分成几次份跟鲜奶交替放下)

9.接着放下一点鲜奶也拌打均匀。

10.面粉,鲜奶交替放下拌打成的面团。

11.把面团分成10克的小面团,搓圆。

12.把小圆面团稍微压扁,整齐排在涂有奶油的谱锡纸烘架上。

13.均匀滴扫上一层蛋黄液。

14.在每一粒小面团上撒下一点芝士粉。

15.放进烤箱180度烤15分钟。

16.15分钟过后拿出的成品,感觉还没熟。我又放进多烤了些时间至小西饼酥酥脆脆。

小窍门&温馨提示
1)记得烤箱的度数要自己调整,免得烤不熟或太焦咯!
2)面团可以再小一点点5到8克这样,我觉得我的太大一点,所以比较难烘熟。
3)芝士粉可以再多撒一点。
