辅料:
葱,
7-8根,
蒜头,
3-4瓣

1勺,
酱油,
3勺,

1.茄子洗净,先竖切,再横切成如图小块。放入电饭煲煮熟,10-15分钟即可。

2.个人比较爱吃辣,选用的比较辣的青椒,切成如图小粒。

3.蒜头切碎。葱切碎。备用。

4.茄子煮熟后捞起,沥干水。将葱花铺在茄子上。放边备用。

5.锅热后倒入油,铺锅底即可。放入蒜煎香。

6.在已煎香的蒜上放入辣椒,此时加入1-2勺盐,用锅铲按压。不想太辣就多煎一会。

7.觉得辣椒Ok了加入酱油,多加些没关系,以辣椒变色为标准。稍微翻炒后加水,水量大概能盖住茄子为准。煮开。

8.水沸后再煮2-3分钟即可关火。加入鸡精或者味精拌匀。将辣椒均匀洒在茄子和葱花上,待其入味。也可稍微搅拌一下。大功告成。
