1.除黄油外,所有材料放入面包机内揉成光滑面团,加入切成小块的黄油,继续揉至至扩展阶段,放温暖处发酵至两倍大

2.盖保鲜膜二次发酵15~20分钟

3.准备好豆沙馅儿

4.取其中一个面团,擀成与8寸模底一样的圆面片,底下垫上油纸,面片上均匀地抹上一层豆沙馅儿,边缘一厘米处不抹,同样的方法,擀圆,抹豆沙,最上面一层不要抹

5.用刮刀轻轻按压出八等份的印子

6.刀抹油后如图切分,中间不要切断
