1.鸡翅洗净,大蒜剥皮备用。

2.把鸡翅对半用剪刀剪开,大蒜剁成蒜末,青红辣椒切段备用。

3.加细砂糖。

4.加食用盐。

7.加现磨黑胡椒。

8.加大蒜末。

9.然后抓拌均匀,给鸡翅轻轻的按个摩,放一旁腌制半个小时。

10.不粘锅加少许油烧热,把腌制好的鸡翅抖掉蒜沫,放锅里面煎。

11.煎到一面上色之后翻面煎,两面都要煎哦。

12.把之前腌制鸡翅的酱料倒进锅里面(如果酱料很少,又比较浓稠,可以加一丁点儿水。)

13.翻炒均匀。

14.上锅盖焖煮两分钟。

15.撒青红辣椒大火收汁,翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦。

16.出锅,超级下饭。太香了,超级入味,连骨头也不愿意放过。
小窍门&温馨提示
我放的是小米椒,不喜欢吃辣的可以不放。一定要小火煎到两面上色。
