1.买的猪皮先焯水!

2.剐干净油脂切条!

3.炖锅做水,放入切好的猪皮!

4.大火开锅以后再炖两个小时,直至汤变成乳白色,如图!

5.倒入保鲜盒里面晾凉之后放冷藏!
