1.新鲜的鸡肝用清水泡2小时以上,中间要换水

2.锅中做水,放入鸡肝焯烫,去除血末和杂质

3.将葱姜、八角、小茴香、花椒、桂皮、干辣椒,放入干调盒里

4.将焯好的鸡肝洗净表面的血末
