油适量香煎鳗鱼豆腐的做法步骤

1.成品;

2.准备材料:鳗天下蒲烧鳗鱼,豆腐,海苔,蒸鱼豉油,小葱,芝麻,油;

3.先将鳗天下蒲烧鳗鱼提前解冻,切成块状备用;

4.豆腐用流水冲洗一下,然后切成长条形的块状,小葱切成葱花备用;

5.热锅后倒入适量油,油热后转中火,将豆腐逐一下锅;

6.煎至底部金黄后小心翻面,几面都煎至金黄后取出放入盘子里;

7.在豆腐上浇上蒸鱼豉油,然后各放上一块鳗鱼(鳗鱼用微波炉或者烤箱烤一下更香);

8.接着在鳗鱼上放上一些海苔丝,点缀葱花即可。
