1.在锅内倒入1L的温水,差不多50°C左右。

2.将荞麦速食面倒入锅内,搅拌几下,浸没在水中。

3.盖上锅盖泡上20分钟,没有硬芯即可。

4.准备做豆汁,黄豆提前浸泡一晚上。

5.将浸泡过的黄豆洗净倒入破壁机。

6.倒入200毫升水。

7.开启豆浆功能即可,差不多15分钟就好了,这个时候面也泡好了。

8.面泡好了捞出放入碗中,豆浆也煮好了,接着开始做面了。

9.将豆浆淋在面条上。

10.铺上黄瓜丝。

11.再铺上胡萝卜丝。

12.放上两块红烧黑鱼块。

13.再倒上一些酱鹰嘴豆。

14.最后撒上一些奇亚籽。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.泡制荞麦面时,千万不能用开水,否则面条就糊了。
2.汤底用的是豆浆,个人口味比较清淡,所以没有加盐,口味重的可以加一些盐。
3.配菜可以根据个人的喜好进行更换。
