1.辽参从腹部开刀去除参肠洗净

2.在参的背部轻轻的改刀

3.西兰花过水汆熟捞出沥干

4.把辽参汆一下后捞水

5.炒锅上火倒入适量的油烧热后放入辽参滑油后控油备用

6.炒锅上火倒入少量油,将葱姜蒜爆香后烹料酒、加高汤两大勺、鸡汁5克、鲍鱼汁20克、盐2克、味精2克、白糖3克,烧开后捞出葱姜蒜

7.放入辽参小火慢炖5-6分钟后勾芡淋上少许香油即可
