1.准备好材料

2.把纯肉肠,室温下解冻

3.解冻好以后把香肠切段2-3厘米左右,也可切断后切半

4.把香肠段包入馄饨皮中沾点清水沾合住封口,拧成糖果状

5.把香肠饺逐个摆放好,备一炸锅倒入食用油

6.加热至筷子放入油中冒气泡即可

7.逐个放入香肠饺,用筷子分离下以免炸制过程中粘连

8.炸至上浮,上色后把香肠饺逐个捞起沥油,放一旁备用

9.全部捞起后,炸锅降下油温,过会加热炸锅开始复炸一遍

10.复炸至金黄色捞起即可装盘享用,备一点蘸酱也是不错的选择

建议买大张的馄饨皮,这样包入香肠拧糖果特别形象
