1.超市买的肉馅自己再剁剁,剁时加入葱、姜一起剁碎

6.炒锅上火,加清水,水沸后关成小火,下入团好的丸子,保持水似沸未沸的状态,待丸子漂起来后,开大火,煮5-6分钟即可
