少量蒜苔炒肉的做法步骤

1.牛肉切片,加适量的盐,十三香,生抽,老抽,淀粉,胡麻油,葱,姜腌制十分钟。

2.洗好蒜苔,切段!葱,姜,蒜,米椒切碎备用!

3.锅里面倒油烧七八热成,放入腌制好的牛肉过油。(具体做法之前有发菜谱哦)

4.锅底留少量胡麻油,放入葱,姜,蒜,米椒,适量的盐煸出香味。

5.先放蒜苔翻炒几下,随后放过油的牛肉。

6.翻炒几下后,加适量的十三香,生抽,鸡精,味精,生抽翻炒几下出锅。

7.因为腌制肉时加过盐,所以炒蒜苔时少加点。
