1.原料:荠菜,烤鸭,香菇,笋。

2.荠菜在开水锅中汆一下过冷水。

3.挤去水分切碎。

4.烤鸭、香菇,笋也切成碎末。

5.锅中加水,倒入烤鸭、香菇、笋末烧开,加入盐、鸡精调味,加湿芡粉勾芡,把蛋清搅开倒入。

6.出锅前倒入荠菜末搅匀即可。
