1.食材:腐竹(已提前泡发)。

2.花蛤(已吐完泥沙洗净)。

5.将已泡发的腐竹放在案板上切成段,待用。

6.将咸肉清洗一下放在案板上切成片。

7.接着,将切好的咸肉下入清水锅中煮开。
