3.面粉中加入一点碱粉(做出来的饼会有一个碱香味),罗勒碎(增加香味)、加入一小勺食用油

4.加入适量酵母粉(可以放入温水中,我喜欢加到面粉里,因为水量把握不好,怕有浪费)

5.筷子和面成絮状

6.揉成光滑面团

7.盖上盖子常温下发酵两小时(自己把握,酵母的用量是温度决定发酵的时间)

8.两小时后面团完全发酵

9.发酵好的面团揉搓,尽可能揉的时间长一点,把里面的气泡排除

14.上平底锅干烙,不放油,可以撒点芝麻(放入锅中后建议很快就翻个面,这样烙出来的饼两面都很整齐)
