2个糟卤毛豆的做法步骤

1.买回的毛豆放入清水里浸泡一会,过后冲洗干净,用剪刀剪掉毛豆的2头,便于浸泡时入味;

2.锅中放入清水,放入毛豆,清水没过毛豆,放入八角、盐;

3.水开后煮6分钟,开着锅盖凉一会;

4.捞出毛豆,过一下凉开水,再控干水分,倒入1瓶糟卤;

5.在毛豆上面压一个盘子,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏 入味,冷藏半天约4小时,即可食用;
