3.常温鸡蛋打入盆中,加全部的细砂糖。

4.高速打发至蛋液浓稠发白改低速打10秒左右,至蛋糊细腻。

5.低筋面粉提前过筛2遍,全部倒入打发的蛋糊,快速翻拌均匀,沿着刮刀淋入乳化的水油液,拌匀。

6.放蔓越莓碎,拌匀。

7.蛋糕糊装入裱花袋,挤入学厨蛋糕模具,震几下,去除大气泡。烤箱预热175°,中层上下火烤15分钟。

8.烤好后 立即从烤箱取出,脱模。
